On this recording Vince and the band are joined by Paul Grabowsky, who produced and co wrote some of the songs. Vince is showing his soul and folk roots more and more on this cd. The horn and string arrangements on this cd are exemplary, enriching the depth of the music. The standouts on this cd are “Rainbow Cake ” and “Jettison”. This CD won the ARIA award for the best jazz recording.
